Hi, I’m Kathleen. I’m your trusted Mortgage Agent, creative thinker, and passionate service provider. My goal is helping you get into your dream home! I strive to take the stress and worry out of the process. As opposed to dealing with the bank, I work for you and have access to many different and well known lenders. I will find you the best possible mortgage that fits your needs and typically at no cost. (In most cases, the lender that earns your business pays a commission while you don’t pay anything for my service!)

My services will help with many different Mortgage needs including Pre-approvals, First mortgages, and Re-financing.

Here is a bit of info about me… I married my high school sweetheart who is a farmer. We live just outside of Ste. Agathe, south of Winnipeg. We have 5 children, 2 dogs, and way too many cats! Over the past 22 years, and while raising our family, we moved, renovated and built many times. The hard work and journey was all with the end goal of building our dream home and we did it! Now that our kids are older and we’re settled, I have the time, passion and dedication to help you get to your dream home as well! No banker hours here!
